1) Conduct Payroll/HRMS system implementation based on project plan
- Conduct requirement analysis
- Develop documentation (Business Blueprint, Program Specification, and Testing Scenario)
- Conduct training

- Conduct post-implementation assistance
3) Participate in training, certification, and personnel development program

- Associate / Bachelor / Master Degree in Accounting / Management / Finance / Industrial Relation or other relevant field of study.
- Minimum 4 year experience in implementing Payroll / HRMS system or working as tax consultant.
- Understand the concept of income tax
- Understand the concept of people development, competencies, 360⁰ evaluation, scorecards, and other HR related field.
- Strong analytical skill
- Familiar with SQL queries
- Detail oriented
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Willing to travel
