1) Conduct Payroll/HRMS system implementation based on project plan

• Conduct requirement analysis
• Develop documentation (Business Blueprint, Program Specification, and Testing Scenario)
• Conduct training
• Conduct data verification
• Conduct User Acceptance Test
• Conduct post-implementation assistance

2) Liaise with process owners and user
3) Participate in training, certification, and personnel development program

• Minimum 4 year experience in implementing Payroll / HRMS system or working as tax consultant.
• Understand the concept of income tax
• Understand the concept of people development, competencies, 360⁰ evaluation, scorecards, and other HR related field.
• Strong analytical skill
• Familiar with SQL queries
• Detail oriented
• Good communication and presentation skill
