Job Description of Senior Sales Executive

  • Open new business accounts
  • Grow and manage existing business accounts
  • Keep customers up to date on all new products and promotions
  • Key orders and hit monthly sales targets
  • Manage customers’ needs and ensure they hit their targets
  • Motivate the sales team to hit targets
  • Do what is necessary to ensure sell-through
  • Work closely with marketing team and support them in marketing activities so that the sales & marketing team goals are achieved
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
  • Ready to travel if necessary to meet customers and bring in orders

  • Young, energetic, career minded individuals who are keen on sales and are motivated to hit monthly targets
  • Business-related diploma/degree and/or 3-5 years working experience in a sales position
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in consumer electronics / IT hardware
  • Able to take responsibility for your own performance and push for results
  • Hardworking, responsible, reliable, and has strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
  • Strong independent worker who is able to work in a team, good work ethics, can-do attitude
  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Must be ready to handle negotiations with all kinds of customers
  • Must possess own vehicle and driving license
