Job Description of Senior Sales Executive
- Open new business accounts
- Grow and manage existing business accounts
- Keep customers up to date on all new products and promotions
- Key orders and hit monthly sales targets
- Manage customers’ needs and ensure they hit their targets
- Motivate the sales team to hit targets
- Do what is necessary to ensure sell-through
- Work closely with marketing team and support them in marketing activities so that the sales & marketing team goals are achieved
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
- Ready to travel if necessary to meet customers and bring in orders
Example of Qualifications for this Position:
- Young, energetic, career minded individuals who are keen on sales and are motivated to hit monthly targets
- Business-related diploma/degree and/or 3-5 years working experience in a sales position
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in consumer electronics / IT hardware
- Able to take responsibility for your own performance and push for results
- Hardworking, responsible, reliable, and has strong sales and negotiation skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Strong independent worker who is able to work in a team, good work ethics, can-do attitude
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Must be ready to handle negotiations with all kinds of customers
- Must possess own vehicle and driving license
